As a breathwork facilitator, I offer both group and one-on-one sessions designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being. Through guided breathwork techniques, I help you improve health, increase vitality, and reconnect with your body's natural energy. These sessions support mental clarity, reduce stress, and promote emotional healing, allowing you to tap into your full potential and experience deeper peace and balance.

About Aga
My yoga journey began nine years ago after the loss of a close friend. Struggling to navigate heavy emotions, I turned to yoga as a way to soothe my mind and find balance. I started with home practice using YouTube, and as my interest grew, I joined local classes, where I experienced my first Shavasana. That moment was transformative, and my love for yoga deepened.

At the time, I was working as a floor manager, juggling stress, severe anxiety, insomnia, and chronic back pain. Yoga became my lifeline, helping me manage these challenges and transform my well-being. When COVID hit, I began teaching friends facing similar struggles. Their encouragement led me to pursue further training, and I’ve never stopped learning since.

I started with Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, then expanded into Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork. Over time, I discovered the joy and playfulness of Aerial Yoga, which added a whole new dimension to my practice. This diverse training allowed me to develop a unique, integrative approach, blending all these tools to create a practice that addresses both somatic issues and emotional well-being.With a deep understanding of somatic issues and a keen interest in self-development and psychology, I focus not only on improving mobility and proper body alignment but also on recognizing the emotional pain that can manifest as somatic pain in the fascia and nervous system. I work with my students to uncover and address these underlying emotional blockages, helping to release them and restore balance in both the body and mind.

Another passion of mine is designing tailored yoga trainings for athletes, where I focus on removing both physical and mental blockages to help them reach their goals. By integrating yoga with sport-specific movement and breathwork, I support athletes in overcoming barriers that may be hindering their performance, enhancing their flexibility, mobility, and mental clarity.
My mission is to guide you through a yoga practice that helps you reconnect with your body, heal from pain, and become your best self. By integrating physical and emotional healing through yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices, I offer a holistic approach that empowers you to thrive.
